Passengers from countries not participating in the Interrail, but who have been resident in one of these countries for a minimum of 6 Months may purchase a Pass! You cannot purchase an InterRail One Country Pass for your own country of residence. Residents of European countries for which no InterRail One Country Pass is available (e.g. Albania ) are entitled to buy an InterRail One Country Pass for any of the countries available.
