Passenger Takes The Most Incredible Timelapse Of Northern Lights From 35,000ft During Flight To Iceland

This is going to leave you literally speechless…

We were lucky enough to catch a glimpse of the Northern Lights from the ground on our recent trip to Iceland. Don’t go visit without reading our Ultimate Guide to an incredible place. Little did we know that we didn’t have the best seat in the house, this is.

Photographer,¬†Aryeh Nirenberg was flying from JFK to Reykjavik on New Year’s Eve and was no doubt chuffed to have an economy row to himself. Little did he know the show he was about the witness. Not only that, the extra room allowed him to set up his tripod and block the cabin lights. The result? Just watch.
