Job Description:

Movers & Packers – We are seeking athletic men and women to serve as movers and packers to serve our customers.  A high level of fitness and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required. The work is very physical and difficult. It requires a good-sized person of solid physical stature with good strength and endurance and the work ethic of an athlete. There are 30-40 positions available. Couples and friend groups are welcome to apply and interview together.

Job Responsibilities:                                                                                                           

  • Support Gentle Giant’s culture and values
  • Build strong customer relationships
  • Strictly follow safety guidelines and provide a safe work environment
  • Complete relevant paperwork and collect payment
  • Pack typical household or office items and prepare furniture and equipment
  • Load, unload, or stack containers, material, or products

$13 is the hourly wage. There is bonus money for people that can stay and work into September.

Work Schedule:
You should expect to work an average of 35-45 hours/week. Some weeks there will be more than 40 hours; some weeks less than 40 hours. The days can sometimes be long. 10-12 hour days are not unusual in this business, although every day is different. We pay by the hour and we pay time-and-a-half for anything more than 40 hours a week.

The employer provides your uniform shirt. You must provide your own pants and footwear – sneakers or boots are recommended.

notorious former prison.

Seattle: Seattle, on Puget Sound in the Pacific Northwest, is surrounded by water, mountains, and evergreen forests, and encompasses thousands of acres of parkland home to a thriving tech industry, with Microsoft and Amazon.com headquartered in its metropolitan area. The futuristic
Space Needle, a legacy of the 1962 World’s Fair, is its most recognizable landmark.
